Return Policy

Orekosu wants every chandelier to meet your needs. If you find the product "unsuitable" or "defective" after receiving it, you can request a return within a specified period. We provide a fair and convenient after-sales process.
Return Validity Period
You can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the product. Orders received more than 30 days ago are not eligible for returns unless there is a quality issue (proof of purchase is required).
How to apply: Log in to your Orekosu account, go to "My Orders," and click "Request a Return." Alternatively, you can email service@orekosu.com and specify "Return" and your order number. Direct returns are not accepted. Return Requirements
The following requirements must be met:
Product Condition: The chandelier must be unassembled, unused, free of scratches or damage, and the original packaging (including foam, carton, accessory pack, and instruction manual) must be intact and cannot be resold.
Liability: Returns for personal reasons (such as unsuitable style or size) are at your expense, and you must ensure that the return packaging meets protective standards. Returns due to quality issues (e.g., factory defects, shipping damage) or errors on our part (wrong style or missing accessories) will be covered by Orekosu, and we will provide a return label or refund the shipping costs.

Special Requests: Custom chandeliers (e.g., custom sizes or engravings) are not resaleable and are not currently returnable. Please contact customer service to confirm your needs before placing an order.

Return Process

Submit a request: Fill in the "Return Reason, Quantity, and Contact Information" form and upload photos of the item's condition (detailed photos are required for quality issues).

Review and Confirmation: Review within 1-2 business days. Once approved, please send the "Return Address, Quantity, and Packaging Requirements" form.

Returns: Please package and return the item as requested within 7 days and retain the tracking number.

Refund Processing: Please inspect the returned item within 3-5 days of receipt. If eligible, the refund will be made through the original payment method (delivery time depends on the payment platform, typically 3-7 business days).

Return Invalid Conditions

The chandelier has been installed and used, or is scratched, damaged, or missing parts;

The 30-day return period has expired, and there is no proof of quality issues;

Damage caused by improper storage (such as moisture or impact) or inadequate return packaging;

Returning a gift or accessory separately, or returning a gift without the main product.
